Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this site and reach us. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

Where we are

The site has not yet been independently audited against WCAG 2.2, so we do not claim conformance. We review pages as we update them and fix problems we find or that visitors report.

What we have in place

• A "Skip to content" link and keyboard-operable menus.
• Labeled form fields with autofill hints, and on-screen status messages after you submit a form.
• Light and dark display themes and fonts served from this site.
• A Privacy choices control that works from the keyboard.

The site also offers an optional accessibility panel that lets you adjust text size, spacing, contrast, color and motion, and turn on reading aids. It is a personal convenience. It does not make the site meet any accessibility standard and is not a substitute for accessible design.

Known limitations

• Some content comes from other companies' services that we do not control: HubSpot chat, the beehiiv newsletter form, Google Calendar booking pages, Stripe checkout, the Drake client portal and Google Wallet.
• Interactive charts in the Quant Lab may be hard to use with a screen reader.
• Government forms and PDFs we link to are maintained by those agencies.
• The extra detail revealed on the home page hero appears with mouse movement; the same information appears elsewhere on the page.
